| I doubt it, MAYBE on a NA car (but hell, even mustangs gain like 2 tenths with cutouts over a catback) There is no way on turbo car you will lose power with this. Some guys on hondatech run cutouts as well (turbo civics and such) and there low-end power in unaffected. All they do is gain topend, but lose 0 low-end power. Wasn't Mike's car 5spd? if so, that could lead to inconsistency.
